1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TheraLink PH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including therapists, parents, guardians, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

TheraLink PH is a cloud-based therapy management platform designed to facilitate the creation, management, and tracking of home therapy programs for children. The Platform enables therapists to create personalized activity plans, and parents/guardians to track their child's progress and communicate with therapists.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of therapy management
• Not upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

5. Health Information

The Platform may collect and process health-related information about therapy clients (children). By using the Platform, therapists and parents acknowledge and consent to the processing of such information strictly for the purpose of managing therapy programs. All health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of TheraLink PH and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Payments

The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheraLink PH is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall TheraLink PH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
